Your Products are shipped once the custom work is finished and printed. Keep in mind some products are shipped separatley and may arrive on different days. Some projects you order may be finished sooner others may take a bit longer, especially if you order several custom projects/products at once. The average shipping time for products from billing to arriving is 10 business days, however some products may ship sooner. Shipping is included in all prices and all products are shipped via USPS mail. In order to ensure products will arrive on time for a special occasion please ensure you order the product(s) two to three weeks in advance of the date you wish to send the product to your recipients.

Your customizable products can usually be finished in 1 business day (mon-fri), so long as you have sent your email with you necesary instructions on customizing your product(s) along with any photos needed for the work. Any complicated works or large combination orders may take more time to complete. Also in the event of high volume sales I may need more time to finish works if demand is at a high level, but I will do my best to ensure that you get your products as swiftly as possible. In the event the work will take more than three days to complete I will send an email notifying you and why it will take longer. Also keep in mind I must have your photos and instructions to customize products I cannot begin work until that is submitted.

To safegaurd against fraud, Poppyseed Prints requires advanced payment for all products. Payment is processed through Pay Pal's secure payment gateway. In most cases your payment is automatic, however in some cases if paying by e-check it may take 3 days to process payment. we apologise for this delay however it is Pay Pal's Policy to secure payment. The work on your customizable products will begin once payment is secured. Products are printed and shipped once payment is secured from Pay Pal to Poppyseed Prints, because some of our product printing is outsourced to keep prices low.

Because all of Poppyseeds products are customized for each client, we cannot offer returns on products, however we do offer a quality and accuracy gaurantee on all products so long as the photos submitted meet the quality standards asigned for each product . If your product text, or pictures are not accurate or if your image or print quality is below standard even though you have sent photos that meet the quality standards, send us back your product (include all prints) within 14 days of delivery and we will fix your original order. If after that that your order is still inaccurate or below standard quality we will refund the product in question. Make sure to include a note or send an email with your order number in the subject line and please explain the error(s).

Before you order or send anything please review each products instructions, after reviewing, send us your photos and instructions for your work via email. You may not be able to send large files through free email accounts you may want to check to see if you can send photos 1600x1200 before you order products. When you send the photos include your order number in the subject line and include your photos as attachements (remeber jpeg or png only). Sometimes it can be beneficial to send photos in a compressed folder.

The artist/designer places, crops, edits, adds effects, fixes, rotates, sizes and construes submitted images and texts in a fashion which follows the theme of the product template ordered, in any fashion the artist deems the most accurate, most eye catching and necessary for the product. Each product description will assist you in choosing and submitting the most reasonable photo choices for that product. In some cases parts of your image may be cropped (cut off) in a way that focus on certain parts of your photo and to fit the design, so I cannot garantee the photo submitted can be fitted exactly "how it is" into the design.

You must submitt images in which you own. You can send pictures you took yourself, or others took with their permission. You may also submitt photos taken by a professional photographer if you include a release as an attachemnt with your photos. Most releases come on a disk and are in pdf format however you can scan the document and convert it to a pdf with some programs and send it that way. Poppyseed will also accept documents in Microsoft Word format or Corel Word Perfect format. Each product will specify the size and dpi requirements for photos for that product, you must follw the minimum guidlines to qualify that product for the Quality Garuntee. Images wich do not meet the minimum can be used, however will not qualify for the Quality Garuntee. Images smaller than 400x600 pixels or lower than 72dpi will not be used for projects. Poppyseed will not accept pictures with nudity, or that is discriminatory, racist, sexist, or in any other way meant to harrass or demean others.

Poppyseed offers a Quality Garuntee on all products which meet the minimum requirements of the specific product. This means each product and the photo spots associated with them may have various minimum size requirements. All of the photos you submit for a product you order must meet these minimum standards for the whole product to be Garunteed. If any of the photos submitted do not meet the standards, the Quality Garuntee cannot be applied to your order. In addition it is required that the photos submitted are clear and free from rips, tears, marks, scratches, dust (from scanning) and are not blurred by motion or low quality cameras. In the event your image is like this I will notify you and give you the opportunity to submitt an alternative. If you wish to proceed with the low quality image the product cannot be covered by the Quality Garantee. The Quality Garantee means that if your product is not high quality even though you have meet all the requirements for the product, you can return it within 14 days from delivery and we will replace it for free. If the second attempt is still not quality we will refund your payment for the product.

Poppyseed promises to customize your products according to your submitted photos and submitted texts, and according to the designers requirements for the product. Poppyseed's Accuracy Garuntee means that I garuntee that all names, dates and texts are spelled according to the information you submmitted and that your photos will appear on your work and not the photos, names, dates or texts of another customer. Sometimes mistakes can happen so in the event we make a mistake please send back the product (all prints) within 14 days of delivery with a note, or email specifying the mistake. Poppyseed will fix the mistake and send the product at no charge. If the mistake is still not fixed I will refund your payment for that product. Poppyseed is not responsible if you mispell the names, dates or texts in your instruction email or accidently submitt the wrong photos.
